Ahmet Kayhan joined VEON Group as Chief Payments & Digital Assets Officer in April 2026. He brings more than two decades of experience in building and scaling digital platforms, developing technology-driven financial ecosystems, and leading international expansion and complex strategic transactions.
Prior to joining VEON, Ahmet held senior roles at DgPays Group, where he most recently led global growth as Head of International Operations, and at NEOPAY, one of the UAE’s leading payment service providers, where he served as a board member.
