Evgeniy Nastradin was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Beeline Uzbekistan in April 2026. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Beeline Kazakhstan, a role he assumed in February 2019. Evgeniy joined VEON in 2016 as Chief Commercial Officer at Beeline Kazakhstan, where he contributed to a period of strong revenue growth and the successful launch of new digital services. Before joining VEON, he was Deputy CEO of a leading consumer finance company in Russia.
