Andrey Pyatakhin was appointed as the CEO of Beeline Uzbekistan in December 2024 in addition to his role of CEO of Beeline Kyrgyzstan.

Andrey joined VEON Group in 2001 and has served the Group for over 20 years in various capacities, including as the CEO of Beeline Georgia and the CEO of Beeline Armenia.

Andrey is a member of the Harvard Business School alumni and is also a graduate of Lipetsk State Technology University. He holds a PhD in Economics.
