Burak Ozer joins VEON with nearly 30 years of international experience. He started his career at Xerox Istanbul as a Financial Planning Analyst, was then the Director of Financial Planning for Xerox Emerging Markets, was later the CFO of Xerox Central and Eastern Europe based in London, UK, and also worked in Xerox HQ operations in Connecticut, USA. 

He then took on CFO and finance leaderships roles in the global ICT space. Burak Ozer is a graduate of Istanbul Technical University and has a Master of Science Degree in Business Management. He is married and has two children.
