Jabbor Kayumov was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Beeline Kazakhstan in April 2026.

Before his appointment, he served as Chief Executive Officer for the Telco Business at Beeline Kazakhstan. Prior to that, he held leadership roles across multiple international companies, including serving as CEO of Ncell in Nepal and leading Digicel’s operations in Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago, where he oversaw their transformation into digital operators. He also served as CEO of Beeline Tajikistan. His leadership experience spans strategic transformation, commercial growth, organizational development, and digital innovation.
