Serkan Ozturk serves as Chief of Staff & Strategy Officer at VEON Group, a role he assumed in June 2026. In this capacity, he supports the translation of VEON's strategic ambitions into disciplined execution, drives alignment across functions, and coordinates delivery of the Group's strategic agenda.

Serkan joined VEON in November 2025 as part of the Mergers & Acquisitions team, where he contributed to advancing the Group's strategic agenda and supporting key investment decisions. Prior to VEON, he served as Group CIO at Dias Teknoloji, and before that spent 24 years at Turkcell — including eight years as Group CIO — where he led large-scale technology programs across the organization.
